I spent my birthday last weekend at The Douglas Hotel (read about my experience here) located within the new Parq Vancouver development. So for dinner, I decided to check out one of the restaurants inside the building. Although there were a lot of options to choose from (eight, to be exact), I was immediately drawn to Honey Salt, a farm-to-table casual dining restaurant that highlights fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
