Essie Winter 2014 Collection: Review and Swatches
Hello my friends, happy Saturday! A while back I swatched three shades from Essie's Winter 2014 Collection and today I am back with swatches of the other three shades from the collection. To see some close-ups of these festive hues, click.......
Back in the Limo:
A sheer peachy pink nude, this is a flattering neutral shade. The formulation is a bit sheer and patchy so I had to use three coats in total. The end result looks very nice though, the color makes the nails healthy and glossy.

Back in the Limo: Three coats, no top coat.

Bump Up the Pumps:
This is a super saturated coral. The pigmentation is phenomenal; it was almost a one-coater! The formulation is good but I wish it was a bit more self-leveling, you can see near the cuticles where the first and second coat meets.

Bump Up the Pumps: Two coats, no top coat.

Double Breasted Jacket:
What a gorgeous red! Double Breasted Jacket is an eye-catching red with a strong pink undertone. Just like Bump Up the Pumps, this shade was crazy pigmented. With a skillful application, you can almost get away with one coats.

Overall:
I am absolutely in love with Bump Up the Pumps and Double Breasted Jacket; their formulation is phenomenal and the colors are just so bold!
