Kiehl's | Beyond Screen UV Serum SPF 50+: Review
Just in time for summer, Kiehl's released a spanking new sunscreen designed to provide invisible, lightweight protection. Formulated with chemical filters that leave no white cast, the Beyond Screen UV Serum SPF 50+ (C$57 for 50 ml) is also formulated with skincare ingredients that boost radiance and elasticity. As you probably know by now, I'm not a big fan of North American sunscreens and tend to prefer Asian sunscreens. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Kiehl's Beyond Screen UV Serum SPF 50+. Lotus Aroma | Daily Face Cream, Daily Hydrating Serum, Vitamin C Night Serum: Review
Lotus Aroma is a Canadian company offering natural skincare and wellness products. The brand reached out to me a while back to try out some of their products and I gladly agreed as I am always up for supporting Canadians especially since there aren't that many Canadian beauty brands around (RIP Bite Beauty). Focused on plant-based, clean ingredients that are vegan and cruelty-free, Lotus Aroma offers an extensive range of skincare, body care, and essential oil products available in stores and online at Shoppers Drug Mart. I tried three of their best-selling skincare products, the Daily Face Cream (C$49 for 40 ml), Daily Hydrating Serum (C$54 for 30 ml), and Vitamin C Night Serum (C$54 for 30 ml). Glow Recipe | Watermelon Glow Dew Balm Sunscreen Stick SPF 45: Review
It's no secret at this point that I am pretty much a die-hard fan of Glow Recipe. The brand makes some of my favorite skincare products (ex. Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops) so I get excited every time they drop a new item. However, it's also no secret that I was not a fan of the Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Sunscreen Glow Recipe released back in 2022. With a formulation that didn't fully absorb and pilled like crazy no matter what I did, the Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Sunscreen was generally panned by fans, resulting in Glow Recipe eventually discontinuing the product. So imagine my surprise when I learned about the release of a new SPF product from Glow Recipe, this time in the form of a sunscreen stick called the Watermelon Glow Dew Balm SPF 45 (C$41 for 16.5 g). Formulated with chemical filters and niacinamide, the Watermelon Glow Dew Balm SPF 45 promises a dewy SPF protection that's easy to re-apply on the go. To read all about this product, click......

Naturium | Multi-Peptide Moisturizer: Review

Naturium | Multi-Peptide Moisturizer: Review
A while back Shoppers Drug Mart announced that they will start carrying Naturium in stores and on their website in Canada. This was met with great fanfare on social media but I had actually never heard of the brand before! Founded in 2020 by American beauty influencer Susan Yara, Naturium aims to offer clinically backed and affordable skincare that's vegan and cruelty-free. The brand catalogue is pretty extensive but only a selection of it is currently available at Shoppers Drug Mart. Being completely new to Naturium, I thought the Multi-Peptide Moisturizer (C$33.99 for 50 g) would be a good foray into the brand. To read my thoughts on this "mid-weight" moisturizer, click......

SOME BY MI | Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum: Review
As mentioned before, I love ordering Korean beauty and skincare products from Stylevana. Aside from their amazing pricing, Stylevana always offers various full-sized gifts with purchases. One of the best gifts with purchases I've received so far is the SOME BY MI Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum (C$27.99 for 30 ml). For the longest time, I've struggled with retinol products. I've always wanted to incorporate them into my skincare routine but I can never seem to get past the "retinol purge", aka the breakouts, flaking, and sensitivities commonly associated with the first few weeks of retinol use. However, I thought I would give things one more try with the SOME BY MI Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum. Thankfully, the results have been great so I thought I would share my experience with today......
