The Belle de Teint Natural Healthy Glow Sheer Blurring Powder comes in a black compact. The lid has a clear overlay etched with the Lancome Rose. Inside, there is a little cover above the powder that holds a mini powder brush. The brush is bevelled on one side and straight on the other, to help achieve a more intense or a more subtle effect, respectively. I am not a fan of storing the brush like such in the compact as it's inconvenient and makes the packaging more bulky than it needs to be.
The powder itself is pretty standard, no fancy designs except for the brand name pressed around the edge.

Available in six shades, the amount of pearl pigments actually varies dramatically to cater every skin tone. Lancome believes that because fair skin and dark skin reflect light differently, different amount of pearl pigments should be incorporated into the different shades to compliment the skintones they are designed for.
So for the lighter shades (01-03), the powder actually contains no pearl pigments and thus provides a matte glow. For the medium shades (04-06), the powders are subtly shimmery and for the darkest shades (07 and 08), there is quite a bit of luminosity.
"06 Belle de Cannelle", is a light bronze with golden sparkles that are quite obvious in the pan but when applied, looks much more subtle. Like pretty much all Lancome powders, the formulation is a dream. Finely milled and buttery, the powder feels like a cream under the fingertips and it applies so smoothly and luminously. The shade is quite pigmented and although this is not my shade, I can still use it as a bronzer.

The color is quite warm (but not too the point of orange) and I think it provides such a healthy sun-kissed glow. Because this is not my shade, I can't really say it has the blurring effects that it promises as I can't really apply it all over the face. But from what I can tell by swatching the product, this is a much better alternative to the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder everyone raves about. I've swatched those in stores and I find them to be overly shimmery, with some shades being pretty much glittery.
I love it! The formulation is absolutely beautiful, just as I would expect from Lancome. If you are looking for an all over powder that provides radiance and luminosity, definitely check this out! Seriously, go check it out!
The Belle de Teint is available online at Lancome and in stores at The Bay, Sears, Holt Renfrew, and Sephora.
