Introduced many years back, the Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle water was an immediate hit. Formulated with fatty acid esters and cucumber extract, this micellar water protects sensitive skin while effectively removing makeup, oil, and dirt. The formulation literally feels like water!
A lot of makeup removers I've tried has a slightly slippery and greasy texture that works well at removing oil-based makeup. However, I hate how they leave behind an oily residue and an icky feeling. Bioderma, on the other hand, works like a charm at removing foundation, eyeshadow, and lip colors, all the while feeling super refreshing and lightweight. It leaves behind absolutely no trace of any greasy residue.
Although this is amazing at removing most makeup products, it's not great at dealing with waterproof mascara and long-lasting liquid lipsticks (both of which I remove with Shu Uemura's Cleansing Oils). All in all, if you want an every-day pre-cleansing makeup remover, Bioderma is the one, it's honestly the best in its category!
