Retinol products can be really hit or miss for me as they’re either too weak to make a difference or so strong that they leave my skin irritated. Still, I’m always on the lookout for one that strikes the right balance. Currently, Naturium has a few retinol options, and their bestselling Retinaldehyde Cream Serum 0.10% (C$54.99 for 50 ml) has caught my attention. Available at a lower (0.05%) and higher (0.15%) strength, depending on your skin’s tolerance, the product is formulated with sustained-release retinaldehyde (also known as retinal, a more potent form of retinol) to boost cell turnover and collagen production, targeting texture, fine lines, and uneven skin tone.
