Benefit Instant Brow Pencil in Medium: Review and Swatches

I have gotten bored of filling in my brows with shadow, so I decided to try something new and go with a pencil. During Shoppers Drugmart's double points redemption, or whatever it is called, I picked up Benefit's Instant Brow Pencil which usually retails for $25 and can also be found at Sephora.
One of my favorite things about this pencil is how soft the product is. I don't need to press down hard to get nice color payoff on my brows. It also makes the color easily blendable so it is not just dark lines of brown pencil in my brows. The pencil comes in three colors, light, medium, and dark browns. I got medium brown even though it is a bit lighter than my natural brow color. I wanted to soften the color of my brows since they have never matched my hair.
Another cool little feature that I like is the spoolie on the other end. It is two devices that work nicely together as one. It is great for shaping my unruly brow hair and also blending the color into a nice natural look. The only thing I dislike is that the pencil needs to be sharpened. Not a big issue, it just means I have to dig around for my sharpener.

I really enjoy using this product, it produces a nice effect while being super easy to use. I might just have to pick up the darker shade for when I want a dramatic brow. Especially when my natural color returns as I grow out my hair (even though it will still be too dark).

I like to keep my routine simple. So how do all of you fill in your brows?
