"Reflect" & "Divination" from Carpe Noctem Cosmetics: Review & Swatches

Disclaimer: The nail polishes were provided for review.
Hi guys, today I have a couple of beautiful polishes from Carpe Noctem CosmeticsSamhain Collection. For those of you that aren't familiar with Samhain, it is a Gaelic celebration much similar to the modern Halloween.
"Reflect" and "Divination" are both duo chrome color shifting polishes, to see some swatches and my review, click.......
Reflect:
Reflect is a breath-taking sheer blue/teal/magenta color shifter. I paired mine on top of a black creme.
As you can see from the picture below, the color shifting effect is quite strong. When you look at the polish straight on, it is a beautiful dark teal metallic but when you look it at an angle, shades of dark blue and purple comes out.
The effect is most dramatic under bright warm light.
It is quite beautiful and I don't think I own anything like this in my collection. I plan on pairing this with some other colors and see if it looks differently. The formula of this is great, smooth and fast drying, nothing to complain about.
Divination:
Next up is Divination, this one is suppose to be copper/bronze/pink color shift. The effect is very subtle in the bottle and consequently it's almost invisible on the nails. I tried really hard to bring out the color shifting quality but unfortunately it was a no go. Regardless, this is a beautiful copper metallic polish.
The formula is a tad streaky so careful application is needed. This is a quintessential fall color in my opinion and I topped this with a layering glitter from the same collection (review coming soon).
So, if you ask me, Reflect is a must-have and Divination is good for those that love metallics.
Once again, these polishes will be available on the 5th, so in the mean time, head on over to the shop (use FREESHIP15 for free shipping on US orders over $15) and take a look at what other pretty polishes there are.
