Disclaimer: This is sponsored post, products featured were provided for review.
Do you have dry and itchy skin? Does it get especially bad in the winter time? Well today I have a few very effective body/skin care products from the French skincare line Eau Thermale Avene to share with you. The brand has recently released an innovative line that specifically targets dry itchy skin caused by dry weather or various skin conditions, to read more about the XeraCalm A.D range, click.......
Based on over twelve years of research, the XeraCalm A.D range is formulated with several very special ingredients. I-modulia, the key component of the products, is an aquatic bacterial extract with anti-inflammatory properties that reduces dryness, itchiness, and redness. Also infused with Cer-Omega, the products repair the skin and help "strengthen the hydrolipid film".
Eau Thermale Avene XeraCalm A.D Cleansing Oil
Eau Thermale Avene XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil:
A shower and bath gel that can also be used as a face wash, this is a foaming cleanser that's soap free and gently removes impurities. The formulation is very suitable for those with sensitive skin as it helps reduce itching and redness, leaving the face feeling refreshed and hydrated.

Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water
Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water:
A thermal spring water spray designed for both the face and the body, this product provides a soothing and refreshing effect on the skin and can be used daily as part of your regular skincare regimen or for sunburns, diaper rashes, razor burns, and skin sensitivities caused by waxing. The water dispenses in a fine mist, perfect for application on hard-to-reach places.

Eau Thermale Avene XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm
Eau Thermale Avene XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm:
The star of the XeraCalm A.D line, this is an ultra nourishing skin balm (for the face and body) that instantly relieves dry and itchy skin. The product comes in a squeezable tube with a very special dispensing nozzle that ensures the product remaining in the tube stays sterile.
The balm is a white thick cream that absorbs fairly quickly. I've been using the balm on my body, in particular my bikini area which experiences a lot of dry itchiness caused by shaving and the balm does wonders. Upon application I immediately feel a soothing, almost cooling sensation. The balm keeps my skin hydrated for the whole day, preventing any itchiness or flaking.

Overall:
This is a lovely range that truly looks after those with dry, sensitive skin. The face wash foams nicely and leaves the skin clean but not stripped of its moisture. The Spring Water Spray feels nice upon application but I haven't noticed any long-term benefits. The Lipid-Replenishing Balm is definitely my fave of the three because it feels so good on the skin and it really reduces itchiness and dryness.
