Candy Corn:
Candy Corn is described as "orange, white, and yellow glitters in clear base". I used three coats over one coat of "Ingrid" from Julep.
Apologies for the bad lighting, it has been nothing but cloud and rain these few days in Vancouver.
The formula is quite wonderful, not too thick and not too thin, it was easy to apply the glitters evenly across the nail. The drying time was quite good and I think this glitter would work great in a jelly sandwich!
The Blob:
"The Blob", named after the horror movie about a vicious alien amoeba-like blob, is a beautiful purple jelly with hexagon and disc glitter.
The formula was surprisingly easy to work with. I did have to fish around in the bottle a bit to get those larger holographic lavender discs but the other glitter applied nicely. I used about four coats in the photos, and despite how many coats I applied, the polish dried very quickly. The texture dried a bit latex-like so I used one coat of Sally Insta-Dri to add some shine.
So what do you guys think? Do you like these two? Let me know in the comments!
Once again, these polishes will be available on the 5th, so in the mean time, head on over to the shop (use FREESHIP15 for free shipping on US orders over $15) and take a look at what other pretty polishes there are.
