NARS 3.1 Phillip Lim Collection Nail Polish: Review and Swatches
For Fall 2014, NARS partnered up with renowned fashion designer Phillip Lim to create a limited edition polish collection inspired by Lim's runway creations. The 3.1 Phillip Lim collection features eight shades and today I have here three creams from the collection. To see some close-ups and my review of the formulation, click........
A dark chocolate brown, "Other Side" has a rich and smooth formulation. Two coats were needed for opacity. The brushes for the NARS polishes are the super wide type, so depending on your preference, it could be a hit or miss.

Hell-bent:
This one is a gorgeous orange red that screams fall. The pigmentation is superb, you can almost get away with one coat but I used two just in case. The finish dulls a bit when the polish dries completely so a top coat is recommended.

Dark Room:
A deep smoky blue that leans slightly teal, Dark Room is another super pigmented cream. I love how modern and sophisticated this shade is, very chic!

Overall:
Although none of these three shades are that unique, they all have amazing pigmentation and formulation so if you are a big fan of cream polishes, you will love all three for the fall and winter months.
