Housed in a chunky marker-sized black pen, the liquid highlighter dispenses from a wide brush with a click of the button at the end of the pen. For my first use, I had to click the pen at least 30 or so times before any product dispensed. Only a tiny bit of product comes out with each click and they all come out in a concentrated spot. For the first couple of uses, the product dispensed fairly normally. However, when I tried to used it again I could not get the product to dispense at all. After clicking the pen for about several minutes I finally gave up and admitted defeat. I was only able to get more product by forcefully taking apart the outer case but after doing that the product was pretty much unusable because there was no way to close the packaging again.
Aside from the packaging flaw, I quite liked the formulation of this highlighter. Infused with lychee and fruit extract, the highlighter had a thin and smooth texture that's very easy to blend. The product left the skin with a pale champagne sheen with pink undertones. I used this on my eyelids and it gives a very brightening, almost-wet sheen finish. The longevity is ok as long as I don't touch my face a lot but I don't think the wear would be an issue for those with dry to normal skin.

This is a gorgeous liquid highlighter with a great formulation. However, I experienced a lot of trouble with the packaging (which eventually broke completely). This might have been a singular manufacturing mistake but nevertheless I was let down.
