Memebox Korean Beauty Box (4th Global Edition): Review

Disclaimer: This box was provided for review.
Hi everyone, today I have a special beauty box that Korean beauty product lovers will not want to miss! Memebox, also known as the Get It Beauty Box, is a curated beauty box filled with full sized and sample sized Korean makeup/skin care products.
A new edition of the Memebox is released every couple of weeks and each box costs $23.00 USD plus shipping cost, $6-8$ depending on your location (Memebox ships internationally). To take a look at what was in Memebox #4 (Global Edition), click......
Memebox #4 was completely stuffed to the top, it had ten items in total! Six of the items were skincare/face product, three were makeup products, and the last one was a hair product. Let's see what they each are!
LJH: Dr's Care Vita Propolis Ampoule (5mL sample, $26 for full size):
"This perfect combination of vitamins and propolis harvested by bees brings out the natural, healthy luminosity of your face. High concentration of propolis in hermetically sealed ampoule hydrates, soothes and protects your skin. Suitable for sensitive skin."

I believe this is some kind of hydrating/soothing oil for the face, the directions suggests to mix it with  the facial lotion/cream that you use. I have fairly oily skin I don't know how this will fare for me but I am excited to try this!

Goodal: Repair Plus Essential Oil (15mL sample, $48 for full size):
"A fast absorbing multi-use essential oil derived from argan, olive, macadamia, sun flower seeds, jojoba, camellia, and green tea. This combination of oil from these super seeds hydrates, firms and enhances the skin's complexion."

Yes! I love argan/macadamia oils, I am super excited to try this on my hair and cuticles! This of course works on the face as well but because I have oily skin I try to avoid oil based products on my face.
Lanoa: Natural Soap Sulfur (Full size, $12):
"100% Natural Handmade soap featuring powerful natural ingredients: sulfur, shea butter, chamomile and lavender. It is especially designed for sensitive and dry skin by hydrating on the surface as well as maintaining the skin's barrier.
Surfactant free, aftificial fragrance free, preservative free."

This is a facial soap, I am not a big fan of using soaps on my face simply because it is inconvenient (soap holders take too much space and they aren't practical in the shower. But this product sounds promising so I will give it a try.

The Shampoo Plus: Natural Waterless Shampoo (Full size, $5):
"Made of oregano, this foam based dry shampoo allows you to cleanse your hair anywhere without water. It also protects your hair from harmful UV rays, and enhances scalp and hair follicle health with anti-oxidant properties."

This is one of the product that intrigued me the most. This is technically not a dry shampoo because the product dispenses as a foam and turns liquid, so basically it is a liquid that cleanses the hair. I gave this a try and I am not sure I like the concept because I still have to get my hair wet, which is not convenient if I am leaving the door in a hurry and want to hide my greasy roots.
Danahan: Bon Yeon Jin Essence (12mL sample, $68 for full size):
"Concentrate your skin's effort to enhance regeneration and elasticity. Thick serum is a formula made of red ginseng and herbal extracts compatible with all skin types."

This seems like a great anti-wrinkle product that my mom will enjoy, I am going to pass this along with her and see how she likes it!

T.E.N: Cremorlab Mineral Treatment Essence (100mL sample, $36 for full size):
"Start your day with essence derived from therapeutic hot spring water to hydrate, tighten pores, brighten and even skin complexion."

This seemed like a very promising product, my pores surely could use some "tightening". I love the design of this bottle, check out that intricate pattern! I gave this a try a couple of times already and I honestly can't say I see a difference. It is unscented and it doesn't feel like anything when I put it on my skin. I will continue using it until I finish it just to see if it makes a difference in the long term.
IOPE: Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning (18mL sample, $60 for full size):
"Intensive skin-enhancing program, clearing and smoothing skin texture within 3 days. Fast absorbing active ingredients instantly regenerates the skin."

This little kit contains a small bottle of toner and even a few sheets of cotton pads, I think I will pass this to my mom because she is very into these kind of products.

Peripera: Peri's Tint Mini in Mandarin Juice (2.5mL sample, $7 for for full size):
"Vivid, lightweight tint gives an orange red bite that doubles as a lip and cheek stain. Play with this transparent buildable color for casual to contemporary looks that lasts up to 5 hours."

This product is very similar to the Benetint from Benefit (reviewed here). It is a thin liquid tint that works both on the cheeks and on the lips. The color "Mandarin Juice" is a bright and summery orange, very pretty! I love receiving makeup products so I was really delighted with this one!

Clio: VF 21 Water BB Cream SPF 35 PA++ (15mL sample, $20 for full size):
"Ultra-hydrating BB cream designed for dry skin with SPF35, PA++. It gives you a natural dewy glow with long-lasting, medium coverage. Enhances skin complexion and fights against wrinkles."

I always love a good BB cream and Korean beauty BB creams are some of the best on the market so I am definitely excited to try this. The sample size contains a good amount of product so this should last me at least a couple of months.

LANEIGE: Snow Crystal Pure Lip Gloss (3g sample, $20 for full size):
"Gel-based, high sheen lip gloss formulated to smooth the surface texture of your lips. Rosy tiny and microglitter creates the illusion of a full juicy kiss."

This is a gorgeous coral-peach colored shimmery gloss, I have heard of LANEIGE before so I am very excited to try their product. The gloss was very cushioning though it felt just a tad heavy on the lips.

Overall I think this box has a great value, though a bit heavy on skincare products, it provides a fairly wide range of things for those interested in trying out Korean beauty products.
