Hey hey hey, for Summer 2014, Essie not only released a neon collection, but also a non-neon Summer 2014 Collection featuring some beautiful brights and neutrals.
The weather was decent enough today so I had the opportunity to swatch and review them all for you, to read more, click......

Urban Jungle:
"Irresistible alabaster orchid"
This one is a dusty nude with a slight pinkish gray tint. The formulation is really good for such a light color. I used three coats but if you are skillful, two would probably do.

Fierce, No Fear:
"Intense Cocoa Mahogany"
This one is a beautiful creamy taupe, it kind of reminds me of hot chocolate made with milk. The formula was fantastic, smooth and opaque. I used two coats for the photos below.

That's right, this polish is called "Roarrrrange". That's 5 "r"s altogether! This one is a beautiful rich warm orange. Great formulation, two coats for opacity.

Haute in the Heat:
"Unforgettable hot guava"
Last but not least, this polish is beyond amazing. A hot cool pink (in person the polish is more of cooler pink than a reddish pink), Haute in the Heat is a simple one coater! Can you believe it? I don't think I've used another polish that's so pigmented!!

So there you have it, the Essie Summer 2014 Collection (available now on Nail Polish Canada). The formulation and pigmentation of all six shades were amazing! I honestly have nothing negative to point out, each polish was rich and self-leveling and the finish is super shiny. My fave are "Haute in the Heat" (hot pink), "Strut your Stuff" (blue), and "Ruffles & Feathers" (green)!

Which do you like best? Let me know in the comments below!
