Hey everyone, today I have four shades of L'Oreal Color Riche Extraordinaire Lip Colors to share with you. I have been wanting to try these forever as they promise to feature a super luxurious micro oil formulation packed with pigments. So how did they perform? Read more by clicking.......

What it is:
-An innovative lip color that features a luxurious micro oil formulation infused with pigments
-Provides a lustered and rich color finish

Packaging:
The Color Riche Extraordinaires come in short, plastic gold tubes. There is no writing on the tube but there is a patch of colored plastic that indicates the color of the shade inside the tube. The packaging is a bit unconventional but I quite like it.

Applicator:
The lip colors have a modified doe-foot applicator that's more flattened. The design hugs the lips better and allows quicker and more even application.

Formulation:
From L'Oreal's description alone I got the impression that the Color Richie Extraordinaires are more like liquid lipsticks with a shiny finish. However, after swatching and trying them on, I would say these are simply lip glosses with a very nice formulation. The glosses are non-sticky and lightweight. The pigmentation varied by shade.

Color & Pigmentation:
Orange Tempo:
This one is a bright orange. The color is quite intense (although my lip swatch is quite heavy), perfect for the summer time.

Molto Mauve:
This one is a lovely deep pink with a bit of shimmer. The color intensity is decent but not as intense as Orange Tempo. The shade is very easy to pull off and makes a perfect every day shade!

Pink Tremolo:
This one is a gorgeous bright pink. The color intensity is just as strong as Orange Tempo; it's quite a stunner.

Nude Ballet:
This is a wearable nude gloss with subtle shimmers. The pigmentation of this one isn't great and the color actually settled into the fine lines of my lips. It isn't that noticeable unless you look at it up close but still, this isn't my favorite of the four.

Overall:
I have to say I am a bit disappointed with these simply because I feel that the description of these made them seem to be more than just lip glosses. Don't get me wrong, these are great glosses but I was expecting a whole different kind of texture and formulation. With that said, if you a gloss fanatic, definitely check these out, you will definitely find a shade or two to love!
