For Fall 2014, Kiehl's has teamed up with the Canadian rock band Simple Plan for the Kiehl's Rocks for Kids Campaign. As part of the campaign, 100% of sales of every special limited edition Rock for Kids Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream ($56 CAD for 125ml) is be donated to the Simple Plan Foundation, a charity founded by the band that aims to "to help young people in need, by easing their often difficult passage to adulthood and by supporting the victims of life threatening illnesses". Formulated with glacial glycoproteins from Antarctica, desert plant extract, avocado oil, and vitamin E. The Ultra Facial Cream is a lightweight day and night face cream that not only replenishes the skin but also help keeps it balanced in harsh weather conditions. The product helps reduce moisture loss and increase water retention.  Kiehl's also offers a slightly lighter version of the cream called the Ultra Facial Moisturizer. I personally find the moisturizer a bit heavy for day wear as I have a very oily T-zone, but as a night cream, this works very well.
If you are interested a simple but effective face moisturizer, go check this one out and pick up a limited edition Rocks for Kids version to support the Simple Plan Foundation and their honorable cause.
