The Body Shop Smoky Poppy Collection for Spring 2015: Review

Disclaimer: Product featured was provided for review.
For Spring 2015, The Body Shop released one of its sexist collection yet. The Smoky Poppy range features a full-line of body care and makeup products scented with the new seductive poppy and spice fragrance profile. To see some of the stars from the collection, click......
Poppy-Inspired Blusher Brush ($16 CAD):
First up is a cute travel-sized kabuki brush with black and red bristles arranged in a way that resembles a poppy flower. The brush is decent in quality but I think even with the cute design, $16 feels a bit steep.

Smoky Poppy Eau de Toilette ($15 CAD):
Made with hand-picked poppies from Turkey, the Smoky Poppy fragrance also contains various spices, floral and woody notes. The scent is indeed very seductive, the poppy floral notes are strong and the scent feels warm and alluring. The spices are my favorite part though, it gives the scent such a unique and welcoming feel.

Smoky Poppy Poppy Seed Scrub ($20 CAD):
Made with soybean oil and filled with real poppy seeds, sugar and silica exfoliants, this scrub is scented with the Smoky Poppy scent profile. The scrub is slightly runny and it easily leaks from the tub but it feels awesome on the skin and the poppy seeds make for great scrubbing particles!

Smoky Poppy Body Butter ($20 CAD):
A Smoky Poppy spin on the classic Body Butter and made with cocoa and shea butter, this yummy body lotion is super rich and moisturizing. The sexy poppy scent lingers after the product absorbs, so it makes a great addition to the perfume, helping the scent last longer.

Overall I love this new collection. The Smoky Poppy scent is amazing and all the beauty and body products from the line not only smell great but also work wonderfully.
