The Bottle:
Housed in a rectangular bottle with a light grey-blue tint, Brit Splash has the classic Burberry tartan design embossed all over the glass. The bottle feels very modern and clean, it's also quite masculine as well.

The Scent:
Brit Splash is described as an aquatic summer scent inspired by the "electric energy of London in the heat and water awakening sun-hot skin".

Top Notes: Honeydew melon, rosemary, galbanum
Heart Notes: Violet, cyclamen, watery notes
Base Notes: Musk, moss, vetiver

Upon first whiff, Brit Splash is like a refreshing wave of sea water on a hot summer day. The scent is definitely masculine and heavy on the water notes but I can also pick up some of the floral notes as well.
To me, Brit Splash feels sporty but the overall profile is a bit too cool and frosty for my liking. Whether it be a perfume or cologne, I like a bit of a warmer scent. After a few hours of wear, Brit Splash does warm up a bit with the musk and woody base notes but by then, the scent is so soft that it's barely detectable. With that said, if you (or your man) prefer your summer fragrance to be fresh and beachy instead of warm and tropical, definitely give this a try.
