Clean Cashmere Eau de Parfum: Review
For Fall 2015, Clean is releasing a new scent inspired by the "luxurious softness and warmth of a cashmere sweater". With comforting notes of tonka beans, cedar leaf, musk, and sandalwood, Clean Cashmere ($24 for 5ml rollerball, $44 for 30ml, and $70 for 60ml) is perfect for the fall and winter weather to come. The Bottle:

The Scent:
Top Notes: Cedar leaf, bergamot, lime lavandin.
Heart Notes: Mimosa, jasmine, guaiac wood.
Base Notes: Tonka beans, heliotrope, musk, sandalwood.

Although the top notes scream citrus, what hits the nose immediately is the warmth and comforting scent of the wood and musk notes. The mimosa and jasmine are slightly detectable, but again they are mellowed out with the woody musks. The fragrance reminds me of a combination of warm cashmere sweaters and the smell of clean soapy skin. The wear on this is okay, it fades out pretty quickly after three or four hours. All in all, this is one for the lovers of warm, woodsy, and powdery scents; it will evoke feelings of sitting next to a warm fireplace or cozying up in bed on a rainy day.

Availability:
Clean Cashmere is coming this Fall at Murale and Sephora.
