The highlight of every Dior Collection is definitely the 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette ($70 CAD). The Holiday 2015 collection, "State of Gold" includes two gold-themed palettes. In addition to the palettes, the collection also includes a gorgeous Fusion Mono Eyeshadow ($36 CAD) called "Blazing", designed to added an extra shine to your lids. Dior State of Gold 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette
Packaging:
The 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette comes in a shiny black compact with pretty silver detailings. The palette is divided into five sections and they are pressed with a unique zig-zag pattern. Two duo-ended applicators are included with the palette.

Formulation:
576 Eternal Gold: With a soft khaki green shimmer, a nude peach shimmer, a mauve-brown shimmer, a pale golden shimmer, and a black with silver sparkles, the overall color scheme of Eternal Gold is quite soft and sophisticated. All the shadows are super creamy and smooth but the pigmentation is is a tad dull to my liking.

886 Blazing Gold: This palette includes a gorgeous metallic red, a soft baby pink shimmer, a cafe mocha brown shimmer, a peachy champagne shimmer, and a dark brown black with silver sparkles. I like the color combination of this palette a lot better than the last as the colors are richer and more vibrant, more appropriate for holiday looks. All the colors are rich and the pigmentation is really nice as well.

Diorshow Fusion Mono Eyeshadow in "Blazing":
This is a creamy champagne gold with a slick, almost gel-like formulation. The shadow comes in a cute glass jar and the box includes a small sponge applicator. The pigmentation is quite sheer as the shadow is pure shimmer. The finish gives a nice mirror-shine that works well alone or over other shadows.

Overall:
This is a wonderful holiday collection! I enjoy the unique combination of colors you don't see a lot in usual holiday collections and the formulation is very creamy and soft.
