Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara: Review and Swatches
For Fall 2015, Maybelline has a new addition to The Falsies mascara range. With a unique "push up cup" mascara wand, The Falsies Push Up Drama ($12.99 CAD) promises to lift and curl the lashes for a dramatic effect. To see some swatches, click.......

Packaging:
The Falsies Push Up Drama mascara comes in a very colorful tube. The tube shape almost fooled me into thinking that this is one of those duo-ended mascaras, but it's not.
This mascara has a silicone wand. The bristles are formed in "cup" patterns that scoop and lift the lashes during application. The wand works fairly well at lifting and separating the lashes, but I experienced some clumping and found the bristles a tad long for my shorter lashes.

Formulation:
Despite the main selling point of the mascara being the innovative wand, the mascara formulation is the true star of the show in my opinion. The formulation is lengthening, volumizing, and most of all, it does not weigh the lashes down, which I found to be an issue with other Maybelline mascaras I've tried in the past. I experienced a bit of clumping but the formulation is smudge-proof. This version is not waterproof, although there is a waterproof version available for sale.

Overall:
This is a volumizing and lengthening mascara with a unique wand that separates and lifts the lashes. There is a tiny bit of clumping but I really appreciate that the formulation does not weigh down my curls.
