For Holiday 2015, Urban Decay is adding another Vice palette to the collection and as the brand creators put it: "there's no such thing as too much Vice". Housing 20 brand new, never-before-seen colors, Vice 4 ($70 CAD) is inspired by the colors of an oil slick, so you can expect a full range of unique shades. Packaging:
This year's Vice palette is inspired by the vintage Urban Decay eyeshadow "oil slick". The palette is sleek and slim and the lid features a beautiful three-dimensional, multi-colored geometric cutout design. Inside the palette are twenty shadows (0.8g each) and a duo-ended shadow brush.
Included with the palette is a nice and cushiony makeup bag, also covered with a gorgeous oil-slick print.

Formulation:
The palette features 20 brand new eyeshadow colors, four of which are matte, and the rest either shimmery or metallic. As is customary with Urban Decay, the palette has quite a few pinks and purples (Beat Down, Pandemonium, Harlot, Underhand, 1985, and Fast-Ball). There are also a good number of wearable neutrals such as Bones, Grip, Framed, Discreet, Robbery, Bitter, and Delete but the overall color selection is pretty unique.

Overall:
Urban Decay pretty much can do no wrong and this year's Vice is yet another hit. The color selection is very unique, although I wish there were a few brighter mattes in the palette. The formulation is great as always, almost all of the shades are incredibly pigmented and rich.
