NEW Spring 2016 Too Faced Le Creme Lipstick Shades: Review and Swatches

For Spring 2016, Too Faced has added quite a few new shades to its beloved Le Creme Lipstick ($26 CAD) collection. Today I have a handful of these new shades to share with you. To see some swatches and my review on the formulation, click.......
Too Faced Le Creme Lipsticks
The Le Cremes are packaged in very pretty matte gold lipstick tubes with a raised Too Faced logo running along the side. The lipsticks have a flattened tip to accommodate the softer formulation. There is a really nice and luxurious weight to the packaging, which is always a big plus for me.

The new shades include quite a few glitter lipsticks, which are formulated differently from the classic Le Cremes. These shades still have a fairly creamy formulation but the pigmentation is a lot sheerer, mostly consisting of shimmers and sparkles. For the swatches below (of the first four shades), I had to use quite a few swipes to attain an even and opaque coverage. The Le Cremes have an okay wear. Because all the colors are so slick and hydrating, they are very prone to transferring and smudging. See the individual shade descriptions below to read more about the new colors.

Ursula: This is a unique plum burgundy packed full of multi-colored glitters. The formulation is not super pigmented but you can definitely build it to a full coverage. With that said, to get the coverage you see in my swatches below, you are going to end up with a very thick and slightly gritty layer.
WHAM!: Previewed in the Holiday 2015 Le Petit Tresor Gift Set, WHAM! is a beautiful warm berry with a translucent glitter formulation. The shimmers in here are also multi-colored but this shade applies more evenly, as compared to Ursula.
Mean Girls: This is a bright bubble gum pink packed with cool-tone glitters. The formulation is slightly sheer but again, it's buildable to an intense but translucent finish.
Unicorn Tears: What a name! Unicorn Tears is packed with iridescent glitters in a translucent baby blue base. This really isn't a standalone shade as there's no way to achieve an even application. Therefore, I think of this as more of a lipstick topper. I paired it with 9021Ohhh (see lip swatches below) to transform the red into a slightly pinky red.
9021Ohhh: A true red cream, this shade is absolutely stunning! The formulation is rich, lightweight, and super pigmented.
