Packaging:
The Take the Day Off Micellar Cleansing Towelettes come in a simple 50 sheet bag. The opening of the bag is equipped with a convenient resealable plastic lid. The cleansing wipes are regular napkin-sized and although they aren't textured or extra-thick, they are pretty stretchy and durable.

Formulation:
The Micellar Towelettes are moistened with micelle particles that are bipolar, with one side attracting water and the other attracting oil. Clinique claims that the product removes makeup, skin impurities, and even waterproof eye makeup. The wipes are definitely good at removing foundation, eyeshadow, and even liquid lipstick but it's not great at removing waterproof mascara. It effectively melts away hard-to-remove eyeliner but I found the formulation slightly irritating to the eyes. There was some unpleasant stinging; it wasn't unbearable but it made my eye area quite sensitive. Although the wipes don't leave the skin feeling dry or tight, they do leave behind an uncomfortable, slippery residue so it is best followed up with a full-face cleansing (with soap and water).
Overall, this isn't the best cleansing wipe I've tried; however, if you are looking for a pre-cleansing wipe before washing your face, this is a good option.

Availability:
Clinique is available online and in stores at Sephora, The Bay, Shoppers, and Sears.
