Whether you are looking for the perfect polish for that special day or just searching for some spring and summer-ready neutrals and pastels, the Essie Bridal 2016 Collection has got you covered! With six fresh and soft colors, the collection is available now in stores. To see some swatches and my thoughts on the formulation, click.......

Mrs. Always-Right:
A gorgeous muted marsala red, Mrs. Always-Right is super pigmented. The polish is fast-drying and easy to work with.
Mrs. Always-Right, two coats with no top coat.
Between the Seats:
A lilac off-white cream, Between the Seats was surprisingly easy to apply. Two coats gave a nice and even coverage.
Between the Seats, two coats with no top coat.
Steal His Name:
This is a very pretty sheer peach-pink. I'm glad to report that although the formulation is sheer, it is pleasantly self-leveling and non-patchy. I used two coats for the swatches below.
Steal His Name, two coats with no top coat.
Passport to Happiness:
A gorgeous soft aquamarine packed with teal and silver shimmers, Passport to Happiness is quite pigmented but slightly patchy. On some nails I was able to get away with two coats but on the others I had to go in with a third. Overall though, the polish is pretty easy to work with.
Passport to Happiness, two to three coats with no top coat.
Coming Together:
A soft baby pink version of Steal His Name, this shade is also sheer but even. I used two coats for the swatches below.
Coming Together, two coats with no top coat.
Groom Service:
This is a lovely lilac cream. The formulation is surprisingly smooth and pigmented! I used two coats for the swatches below.
Groom Service, two coats with no top coat.
Generally speaking, nude bridal shades can be a big headache to work with due to their sheerness but the Essie Bridal 2016 Collection has some really well-formulated colors! My favorites out of the six are definitely Mrs. Always-Right and Groom Service, although all six colors are worth checking out!
