Too Faced | Natural Nudes Intense Color Coconut Butter Lipstick: Review and Swatches
In celebration of flattering, wearable neutrals, Too Faced has released a brand new collection called the It Just Comes Naturally Collection. With a palette of pretty browns and glowy nudes, the range offers the perfect nude lip color for every skin tone. Packaging:
The Natural Nudes Intense Color Coconut Butter Lipstick comes in a gorgeous metallic lace-printed tube. The base has a matte gold finish and the body and cap are colored to reflect the lipstick shade inside. The bullet has a flattened, slanted tip but the application is still fairly precise. Overall, I just love the packaging of these lipsticks! The soft neutral colors and the delicate lace pattern make everything so elegant and sophisticated.

Formulation:
Enriched with coconut butter, the Natural Nudes Lipsticks from Too Faced are advertised as "richly-pigmented, creamy" neutral lipsticks. The formulation is indeed nourishing and smooth but in terms of pigmentation, it is not as pigmented as I would have expected. The coverage is buildable but a few of the lighter shades are pretty sheer and crease-prone. The lipsticks have a very subtle coconut scent and they feel lightweight and cushiony on the lips. In terms of wear, the formulation fares just okay. There's no feathering but the color is prone to transferring and fading. See below for a breakdown of the eight shades I have here.

Send Nudes: This is a pale peachy beige. It is not super sheer but the formulation tends to bunch and settle into fine lines on the lips. Unless you have very pale lips to begin with, I would not recommend this shade.
Skinny Dippin': A warm honey beige, Skinny Dippin' is semi-sheer but buildable. There is still some creasing and settling but this one performs much better than Send Nudes.
Strip Search: A pale warm pink, Strip Search is creamy and pigmented. The color is definitely not flattering on my skin tone but for those who are pale with pink undertones, it might just work.
Birthday Suit: This is a medium beige with a hint of pink. The formulation is nicely pigmented and even.

Nip Slip: Definitely one of the more pigmented shades, Nip Slip is a toasted caramel beige. The formulation is rich and opaque.
Throwin' Suede: A creamy, cool-tone brown, Throwin' Suede swatches a little patchy on the arm but it builds up nicely on the lips.
Girl Code: A deep rosewood brown, this shade is sheerer than expected but builds nicely to a medium-full coverage. I did have some issue achieving a clean lip line so it might benefit from pairing with a lip pencil.
Pout About It: My personal favorite, Pout About It is a medium terracotta rose. The shade reminds me a bit of my favorite Too Faced Le Creme Lipstick (a discontinued shade called "Cinnamon Kiss") but it's more brown than rose. The formulation is semi-sheer but buildable.

Below is a collage of the eight shades I have here. There are two additional shades in this line: a dark chocolate brown called "Indecent Proposal" and a smokey lavender called "Overexposed". Overall this is a decent range of cream nude lip colors. Formulation-wise, I don't find them to be too different from the Le Creme Lipsticks but the color selection is great if you are a fan of neutral lip colors. Based on the formulation alone (not color preference), my recommendations are Nip Slip, Birthday Suit, Pout About It, Girl Code, and Throwin' Suede.
