A while back Shoppers Drug Mart announced that they will start carrying Naturium in stores and on their website in Canada. This was met with great fanfare on social media but I had actually never heard of the brand before! Founded in 2020 by American beauty influencer Susan Yara, Naturium aims to offer clinically backed and affordable skincare that's vegan and cruelty-free. The brand catalogue is pretty extensive but only a selection of it is currently available at Shoppers Drug Mart. Packaged in a squeeze tube paired with an airless pump that preserves the integrity of the formulation and prevents contamination, the Naturium Multi-Peptide Moisturizer is formulated with jojoba oil, peptide blend, squalane, vitamin C, niacinamide, and panthenol. With a fairly lightweight cream consistency, the moisturizer has no discernable scent. It blends easily on the skin and absorbs nicely without leaving too much of a heavy or dewy finish.

I'm personally not a fan of silicones in skincare due to issues with pilling but I've not experienced any pilling with this moisturizer. Granted, though, it's been ages since I've worn makeup so I'm not sure how the moisturizer layers with makeup. Overall, this is a very low-key, easy-to-use everyday moisturizer. It's aptly described as a "mid-weight" moisturizer, perfect for most skin types year-round. Additionally, the price is very reasonable, especially if there is a sale. Therefore, I would definitely recommend trying it out!
