The recipe I used came from the trusty
Joy of Baking and I added some chocolate shavings and strawberries on top to amp things up even further. The cake wasn't hard to make but dipping the lady fingers in the coffee/rum mixture and neatly stacking them in the loaf pan was very time consuming. However, the result (especially the custard), was incredibly delicious; I think tiramisu tastes a hundred times better when you make it yourself! Yummm.......
