Shu Uemura Prêt-à-Palette in "Pink Hues": Review and Swatches

Disclaimer: Product featured was provided for review.
New from Shu Uemura, the Prêt-à-Palettes (Ready to Wear Palette, $85 CAD) is a new line of six shade eyeshadow palettes with colors designed especially for Asian eyes. Today I have the swatches and reviews of the Prêt-à-Palette in "Pink Hues", to read more, click......
Packaging:
The Prêt-à-Palettes comes in a sleek and simple black rectangular compact with the Shu Uemura logo printed in a shiny silver. There is something about the simplicity of the design that makes the product feel super luxurious. The individual shadows come in small square pans and there is a thin strip of mirror on the backside of the lid.
Formulation & Pigmentation:
Matte smokey dark purple: This one is a smoky brownish matte purple. The pigmentation is decent but the texture is bit dry. It blends quite well and when well blended it looks almost burgundy, very pretty!

Matte smokey dark bluish pink: This is a simple matte baby pink. The pigmentation is nice but I wish the formulation was a bit creamier.

G pink 135: This one is a very special sparkly pink. The color works really well when dabbed at the center of the lid. Formulation-wise, this is very smooth and pigmented.

Pearl rosy pink: A creamy light pink shimmer, this shadow has a super rich and buttery feel.

ME light pink 126: Also a rich shimmery pink, this shade is very similar to "Pearl rose pink", but slightly paler.

M soft beige 813: Beautiful matte ivory, this works beautifully as a inner corner and brow bone highlight.
From left to right: Matte smokey dark purple, matte smokey dark bluish pink, G pink 135,
pearl rosy pink, ME light pink 126, and M soft beige 813
Here is an eye look I did with the palette. I love how great the shades work together, the palette makes creating a classic smoky eye a no-brainer.
Overall:
The shimmers and sparkle from the palette are all super rich and pigmented, I love the soft and creamy texture. The mattes, exception with "M soft beige 813", are a bit dry to my liking, but compared to other standard mattes, the formulation is actually pretty decent.
