My Murale Haul

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post.
Hey guys, Happy Saturday and to my American friends, I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! Today I wanted to share a little haul I did at Murale online. I purchased a few skin care items and received a whole bunch of mini free samples. So if you are interested in what I bought, click.......
Before I show you my haul, I wanted to talk a bit about Murale. An online sister store (with actual store locations as well) to Shoppers Drug Mart that carries high-end and luxury beauty products, Murale online ships only within Canada, with free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
The store carries a plethora of brands, including: Tata Harper, Guerlain, Smashbox, NARS, Burberry, Clarins, Caudalie, Shiseido, Benefit, Deborah Lippmann, L'Occitane and many more.
One of the best things about shopping at Murale is the fact that they accept the Shoppers Rewards Card, which means that you get ten Optimum point per dollar spent. And for those that collection Optimum points, you know how awesome they are when you get enough to redeem for purchases, either in stores at Murale or Shoppers Drug Mart. Now here is what I got:
Estee Lauder Lifting Firming Essentials Christmas Set
Estee Lauder Lifting Firming Essentials Christmas Set ($105 CAD):
A beautiful skincare value set from Estee Lauder, this box of goodies is worth around $140. Included is a full-sized Resilience Lift SPF 15 Moisturizer, a mini Resilience Lift Eye Creme, a mini Perfectly Clean Cleanser, and a mini Perfectionist wrinkle correcting serum.
Everything comes in a gorgeous shiny golden box ready for gift wrapping. I got this set for my boyfriend's mom for Christmas, who is allegedly a die-hard Estee Lauder fan. So hopefully she enjoys all the products in here.
Murale.ca carries several other similar value sets featuring the Age Prevention collection, Revitalizing Supreme collection, and the Advanced Time Zone collection.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel Full Strength ($50 CAD):
I was immediately intrigued by this item while browsing the Juice Beauty products. A full-strength face peel formulated with organic apple, lemon, aloe juice, this face peel contains an ample amount of alpha and beta hydroxy acids that will exfoliate and brighten the complexion. Diminishing the looks of wrinkles, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation.
From the name it's pretty clear that this is a strong facial and I in fact did experience some intense flushing. I applied as per the instructions and left the facial on for ten minutes. There was minimal tingling but after removal it looked like I just came back from a tropical vacation. Everywhere the mask had been my skin turned pink. Fortunately the redness disappeared after an hour. So if you plan on trying this mask, do it at night before bed. And if you have more sensitive skin, Juice offers two weaker variation (for sensitive skin and for blemished skin) of the Green Apple Peel.

The facial had a fairly runny consistency. Apply on cleansed skin (do a test patch behind the ears first, something I definitely should have done) and leave on for ten minutes.

Last but definitely not the least, here are the free samples I received with this purchase! For the holiday season, Murale.Ca is giving not three but five free samples with each purchase. When I made my purchase there were a couple of super cool Paco Rabanne perfume samples. The Lady Million and 1 Million scent samples both came with some super flashy bling-y keychains and the samples were housed in nice small boxes perfect for gifting.

For the other three samples, I chose a Nina Ricci and Prada Candy fragrance sample with a Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask foil pack. If you are planning to pick up some full-sized perfumes and other products, check out the gift with purchase section as well for some nice bonuses.

Ordering Experience:
The website is nicely organized and easy to navigate. Admittedly, Murale doesn't carry as wide of a range as Sephora but it does have some brands that are exclusive and hard to find elsewhere in Canada. Additional, the site can be a bit slow, especially during check-out. It may be because of the higher than usual traffic volume during the holiday times so do be patient. Lastly, getting Optimum points for every dollar you spend is pretty sweet if you ask me.

Shipping:
Free for purchases over $75 CAD, the shipping was speedy. Once I made my order, I got a shipment confirmation the next day, which is a heck lot faster than Sephora online. The package was shipped with Canada Post and took seven days (from time of ordering online) to get from Toronto to Vancouver. Murale also included a prepaid shipping label for easy returns.

Availability:
Everything mentioned (excluding some of the samples) are available online. Murale has store locations in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Motreal, Calgary, Edmonton.
