Packaging:
The Le Marc Lipsticks come in luxurious shiny black tubes with an elegant flattened design. The brand logo is embossed on the cap in raised letters and the cap shuts with a magnetic closure. There is a really nice weight to these lipsticks and I really love that because in an inexplicable way, the heaviness makes the lipsticks feel more fancy.

Formulation:
These are very rich and creamy lipsticks with a full coverage and a satin matte finish. They feel moisturizing on the lips and the color really stays. Although not transferable, the color stayed through a light meal and there is still quite a bit of color left after nine hours! The formulation is fairly hydrating although after about five hours I topped it with a balm to keep the moisture going. All three shades with the exception of "So Sofia" applied very nicely. "So Sofia" felt a bit silicon-y, much better compared to matte lipsticks but still I felt it didn't go on as smoothly as the other shades.

So Sofia: Inspired by Sofia Coppola, this is a bright, summery watermelon red/pink. This shade is very eye-catching. Even for someone like me who prefers bold colors, I felt like it was a bit hard to pull off. And as mentioned above, this one felted slightly less smooth and creamy compared to the other colors although you wouldn't be able to tell by just looking at the swatches.

Rei of Light: Inspired by the founder of Comme des Garçons Rei Kawakubo, Rei of Light is a warm brick red. This is quite a unique red and it's so gorgeous for fall and winter!

Je T'aime: Inspired by Jane Birkin, this shade is described as a "rum raspberry". My favorite of the three, Je T'aime is a warm smoky rose that's not too plain but still great for everyday wear. It kind of reminds me of one of my favorite La Creme lipsticks from Too Faced in "Cinnamon Kiss".

Overall:
I'm in love with these! The formulation is top notch; rich, moisturizing, and super long-lasting, the Le Marc Lip Cremes are among some of the best lipsticks I've tried in the recent couple of years. My pick of the three is definitely Je T'aime, it's such a natural and beautiful everyday rose.
