Dior Summer 2015 Tie Dye Collection Nail Polish: Review and Swatches
Hi guys, I'm back with yet another Dior Summer 2015 Tie Dye Collection post. I apologize if you are feeling a little "Dior-overload" but this collection is big and because every item is pretty darn awesome, I really want to write an informative review for all the products.
Without further ado, here are three polishes from the new collection: two Dior Vernis Couture Color Gel Shine and Long Wear Nail Lacquer ($27 CAD) and a special Ombre Effect Top Coat ($28 CAD). To see some swatches, click......

Dior Vernis in "239 Sunkissed":
A gorgeous pale peach pink, Sunkissed has a surprisingly lovely formulation. Although I still ended up using three coats for the swatches below, the consistency of this semi-sheer polish is much more even compared to similar nude shades.

Dior Vernis in "319 Sunwashed":
This is a pale baby yellow. In terms of formulation, this shade is a bit hard to work with because it is quite sheer. However, yellow polishes in general have a trickier formula so this met my expectation pretty well.

869 Top Coat Tie Dye:
A translucent jelly medium pink, the Top Coat Tie Dye can be applied over any nail color to create an interesting effect. On it's own, this shade provides a beautiful wash of sheer pink on the nails and you can see below how it transforms the appearance of other shades. I love how even this polish looks as sheer colors tend to be patchy and challenging to work with.
One coat over bare nails, no additional top coat.

Overall:
The two creme pastels are very pretty spring and summer shades and the formulation for both are decent. The Tie Dye Top Coat is quite versatile and you can definitely be creative with it to create different effects on the nails.
