Last month at the London Drugs Fall 2015 Beauty Preview Event, I discovered two new lip products from NYX that are totally blog-worthy so I am sharing them with you today!
The new NYX High Voltage Lipstick ($8.99 CAD), available in 22 shades, is a super rich lip color with an ultra intense pigmentation. The V'Amped Up! Packaging:
The High Voltage Lipstick comes in a simple lipstick tube. The cap is clear so you can see the shade inside. The bullet is quite skinny, making application more precise.
The V'amped Up! Lip Top Coat comes in a twist-up lip crayon with a tapered tip.

The High Voltage Lipstick in "06 Hollywood" is an incredibly pigmented true red. The opacity of this product is one of the best I've seen. Not only is the color super intense, the formulation is also very slick and smooth. The wear is ok as it is not transfer-proof.
The V'Amped Up! Lip Top Coat is a semi-sheer black lip crayon. The color is translucent so when it's applied over a color like "06 Hollywood", it darkens the red without making it appear muddy or patchy. The top coat has a nice sheen as well, and because it's made with shea butter and vitamin E, it feels very moisturizing and smooth on the lips.

There's nothing I love more than a good red lipstick and "06 Hollywood" is top-notch. The formulation is so rich and pigmented, you definitely need to check it out!
The V'Amped Up! Lip Top Coat is a very unique product. I think it pretty much doubles your lipstick collection because you can use it over any color to make it a vampy version of the original.
