Packaged in a gorgeous fold-out gift box, the Le Grand Palais Collection includes a gorgeous shadow/face powder palette and a trio of mini best-sellers from Too Faced. The Dollhouse palette this year is much sleeker as only one flap comes with powders (and no additional brushes or booklets). The design is a lot simpler this year but I suppose it's more travel-friendly.
All the additional items (the Better Than Sex Mascara, the Melted Peony Liquid Lipstick, and the Shadow Insurance) are deluxe samples and they are pretty much minis of the originals.

In terms of overall presentation, this year's holiday set is definitely a lot better compared to the previous years'. However, the shadow palette design is a lot plainer and the overall quantity of the shadows is also lower. With that said, the overall quality of the shadows are better and there is a good selection colors. Additionally, the addition of the three deluxe minis is a great way to sample some Too Faced bestsellers.
