Packaging:
This Dior Illuminating Powder comes in a luxurious silver compact with a mirror-like finish. The lid of the compact is etched with the Dior cannage pattern and the included kabuki brush seems to be made of natural fibers. The powder inside is pressed with a beautiful floral design overlaid with the word "nude" in capital letters. Unfortunately, the design doesn't stick around for long; after a few swipes, the intricate design really starts to wear down. The compact also features a snazzy magnetic closure and included is a dustbag for safe-keeping.

Formulation:
"001 Glowing Pink" is a pretty pink-toned highlight made of iridescent shimmers. The formulation is finely-milled and packed with shimmers but the coverage can definitely be adjusted according to your liking. This highlighter isn't the creamiest or butteriest I've tried but there is no shortage of pigmentation. "Glowing Pink" definitely works best for those with cool to neutral undertones. I found the wear to be just okay as I've noticed that it wears away quickly after a few hours but that's pretty much what I experience with most powder highlights.
Overall this is a really beautiful highlight both in terms of color and packaging. Dior is always making products that are almost too pretty to use; a compact like this is definitely highly-coveted by both makeup collectors and highlighting-fanatics alike.
