Packaging:
The Eyes, Cheeks + Lips Palette comes in a simple black plastic compact. The lid has a large clear opening with a small, narrow strip of mirror on the underside. You get six shadows at 1.29 grams each, four lip products at 1 gram each, and one blush at 3.9 grams. I do not like the inclusion of both cream and powder products in one palette; in fact, I already have some eyeshadow flecks stuck in the lip products. Included are also some mini applicators (blush, lips, and duo-ended sponge applicators); unfortunately, they aren't well-made, so I can't really imagine using them unless you have no other options.

Formulation:
The "
200 Seductive Smokies" includes six grey-themed shadows. All the shades are shimmery and the majority of them are very pigmented and silky. I find the two lighter shimmers to be too sheer but the other four shades are all pretty impressive for a drugstore formulation!

The included lipglosses are both fairly sheer. You get a transparent shimmer and a soft red. The formulation is decent- non-sticky and lightweight. The lipstick colors included have a much better pigmentation; there is a true red and a beautiful rose nude. I think the formulation for all the lip products is great but I personally don't like lipstick in pan forms so I wish the palette included more shadows instead.

Lastly, you get what appears to be a beautiful neutral pink blush in the pan. Unfortunately, the formulation is incredibly sheer and dry; with six to seven hard swipes on my arm (see swatches below), I still couldn't get a lot of color to show.
