Too Faced Sweet Peach Papa Don't Peach Blush ($38 CAD):
A classic from Too Faced that's re-released for the Sweet Peach collection, Papa Don't Peach is a natural soft peach blush. All the adverts show this as a bright coral peach but it is actually a lot more earthy and sophisticated in person. The finish is shimmery with a glowy golden sheen, but it's not at all sparkly or glittery. Needless to say, the formulation is buttery smooth, pigmented but blendable, and beautifully scented with a sweet peach fragrance.
What's more with this blush is that it's housed in the most adorable packaging. Adorned with a cute little peach cartoon embossing on the lid, the small metal tin holds a generous 9g of powder and also included is a small mirror on the underside of the lid. If there's one thing you should pick from this collection (aside from the
Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette, of course), it's this cutie pie.
Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting Palette ($52 CAD):
Housed in a gorgeous peach-themed metal compact, this is a three-in-one palette featuring a peachy champagne highlighter, a bright satin peach blush, and a soft satin bronzer. I've read quite a handful of mixed reviews on this palette but I'm very impressed with the quality of the powders. The highlighter is silky and pigmented. From the pan, I thought that it might give a very soft glow but the formulation is buildable to an intense sheen.
The blush is a bit too orange to my liking, but I like how it's nicely pigmented and has a build-it golden glow that provides an added highlighting effect. I don't use bronzers much but I find the formulation of the bronzer to be very smooth and even. The pigmentation is not too intense either so it applies very naturally. Like the blush, the color may be a bit too warm so I would recommend this palette for those with a warmer skin tone.
