Sally Hansen | Miracle Gel Summer 2019 Neon Collection: Review and Swatches
You can never go wrong with neon for summer so Sally Hansen is sticking with the classics for Summer 2019 with the Miracle Gel Neon Collection ($11.95 CAD for 14.7 ml). Available in six bold neon shades, the range is available between May and August of this year. I've got detailed reviews and swatches of all six to share with you today. To read on, click......

Fuchsia Fever:
This is a bright hot Barbie Pink. The formulation is very sheer but even so I was able to get a mostly opaque coverage with three coats. As is the case with the other polishes in the collection, Fuchsia Fever has a matte finish.

Peach Please:
More of a "pastel neon" than a true neon, Peach Please is a pale soft peach. The formulation is unfortunately streaky and thick so I needed four coats for a presentable finish. This resulted in a very thick finish, which significantly delayed drying time.

Electri-lime:
This is a pale neon green with a sheer but buildable finish. The formulation is a lot easier to work with than the previous shade and three coats gave a mostly opaque finish.

Miami Ice:
A bright sky blue, Miami Ice is decently pigmented. I used three coats for the swatches below but with a skillful application, you may even be able to get away with just two.

Violet Voltage:
The best formulated out of the six, Violet voltage is a pretty lavender purple. The pigmentation is much better in comparison to the others so the coverage is more even. I still used three coats to ensure a completely opaque coverage but you can probably get away with two.

Lemon-chillo:
A bright lime yellow, Lemon-chillo is unfortunately sheer and patchy. Similar to Peach Please, this shade was quite a pain to build up. I eventually needed four coats for a presentable finish.
