Marc Jacobs | Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in "54 Tantalize" ($58 CAD for 24 ml):
A new addition to the Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter range (see shades "
50 Dew You?"and "
52 Fantasy"), "
54 Tantalize" is a shimmery bronze liquid highlighter infused with five different forms of coconut. The creamy yet lightweight formulation is super smooth and easily blendable. This shade feels more pigmented compared to the previous two so a little goes a long way. The deep bronze is definitely a bit too intense for my skin tone but for those that really like to tan in the summer, it's the perfect shade. You can either wear it over foundation for a concentrated sheen or mix it with your foundation for an overall glow. The highlighter sets to a mostly transfer-proof finish but the formulation is not waterproof so it won't last through a dip in the pool.
Marc Jacobs | O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan in "106 Tantalize" ($65 CAD for 25 g):
Housed in a pristine white compact, the O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan is a pressed powder bronzer with a sweet coconut scent. "
106 Tantalize" is a warm deep bronze with a natural matte finish. The formulation is super fine and silky and the pigmentation level is just right for providing a natural, even tan. Similar to the Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter above, "106 Tantalize" is definitely designed for a deeper skin tone. A lighter shade ("104 Tan-Tastic!") was released last year so if you have fair to light skin tone, you can check out that one instead.
