It can be hard gifting skincare products as everyone has unique perferences but I think cleansers are always a safe bet. Coincidentally, Clarins recently dropped four new cleansers catered to different skincare needs.
- Hydrating Gentle Foaming Cleanser (C$38 for 125 ml): Designed for dry to normal skin, this is a gentle foaming cleanser formulated with lemon balm, yellow gentian, and aloe vera.
- Purifying Gentle Foaming Cleanser (C$38 for 125 ml): With gentle bits of scrubby particles that melt upon contact with the skin, this is a clarifying cleanser formulated with salicylic acid derivative, perfect for oily and combination skin.
- Soothing Gentle Foaming Cleanser (C$38 for 125 ml): Made for dry and sensitive skin, this is a nourishing cleanser containing chamomile extract and shea butter.

If you really don't know where to start, the iconic Double Serum from Clarins is the way to go. Updated over the years to achieve the most potent anti-aging effect, the Double Serum contains 21 plant extracts. I personally find it a touch heavy but it's really perfect for dry or aging skin. A new addition to the Clarins family, this is an eye version of the Double Serum. Formulated 13 botanical extracts (ex. horse chestnut, ginger lily, turmeric) and nourishing squalane, the Double Eye Serum is designed to target wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles. I'm very interested in testing this out and will return to you with a full review.
