Boscia | Peptide Trio Eye Cream: Review and Swatches
Recently I saw a resurgence of content featuring Boscia products on social media and this took me by surprise as the brand fell completely off my radar when Sephora stopped carrying it back in early 2021. Little did I know that the entire product range is now available in Canada at Shoppers Drug Mart and Hudson's Bay. So today I want to talk about an eye cream from Boscia that I've been testing out. Described as an ultra-rich eye cream powered by a trio of peptides, the Peptide Trio Eye Cream (C$53 for 15 ml) promises to diminish fine lines and wrinkles while also bringing about a youthful, bright-eyed look. Boscia | Peptide Trio Eye Cream
Packaged in a super simple and lightweight plastic jar, the Boscia Peptide Trio Eye Cream is made with a combination of peptides that stimulate cell renewal, hydrating hyaluronic acid, and a medley of nourishing oils and butters from shea, almond, avocado, sesame, and jojoba. With no obvious scent, the eye cream is on the thicker side, requiring a bit of effort to blend. But once blended, the finish is not greasy or heavy. This is definitely one of the richer, more nourishing eye creams I have tried in the past, although I don't think it's quite the right everyday eye cream for me just yet at this point in my life (I'm turning 30 this year). However, it's probably an excellent everyday eye cream for an older clientele, or for those with dry to very dry skin. Overall, I'm a fan of the clean ingredients and the simple, no-fuss packaging. Additionally, I'm really looking forward to discovering more products from Boscia now that I know it's readily available on the Canadian market.
