One of the newest cleansers from Glow Recipe released earlier this year, the Avocado Ceramide Moisture Barrier Cleanser is a hydrating gel cleanser formulated with ceramides, avocado oil, colloidal oatmeal, and prebiotic and postbiotic ingredients that balance the microbiome of the skin. With a fairly runny gel consistency, the moisturizer creates a surprisingly nice lather that leaves the skin clean and hydrated. The cleanser comes in a squeeze tube with a flip cap, which is pretty standard for a cleanser. However, due to its thinner consistency, the cleanser gushes out of the opening with each use and I end up with a lot more product than I need, which is super wasteful. Therefore, this is a cleanser that 100% should have been packaged with a pump dispenser so I hope Glow Recipe makes this update as it's a really great product.

I'm pretty lukewarm when it comes to body lotions but over the past couple of years, I've noticed the skin on my body getting drier. Coming out of the winter months this year, I was getting a lot of flakiness on my lower legs so the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow AHA Pink Dream Body Cream came in very handy. Packaged in a simple squeeze tube with a flip cap, this body lotion is formulated with watermelon extract, mango butter, watermelon seed oil, hyaluronic acid, and AHA-containing hibiscus flower extract. With a very lightweight, easy-to-blend formulation, the body lotion has a soft and refreshing watermelon scent. It's nicely hydrating without feeling heavy or sticky on the skin, which is a must-have for me when it comes to body lotions. Overall, there's not much to criticize about this product. It smells good, feels good, and the pricing is reasonable so I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
