Keys Soulcare | Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum & Truly Becoming Multi-Benefit Peptide Serum: Review
Since its launch last year, Keys Soulcare by Alicia Keys has mostly stayed under the radar as compared to some of the other more viral skincare launches. Personally, I've really enjoyed a few of the products from the brand, including the Be Luminous Exfoliator and the Skin Transformation Cream (both reviewed here). Today, I want to share with you a couple of newer additions to the roster, the Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum and the Truly Becoming Multi-Benefit Peptide Serum. To read my thoughts on both, click......
Keys Soulcare | Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum: Review
Keys Soulcare | Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum
Keys Soulcare | Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum ($40 for 30 ml):
Described as a "hydrating, illuminating, and priming" serum, the Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum is a beautiful lightweight serum formulated with niacinamide, rose water, squalane, and cocoa butter. Housed in a beautiful glass bottle with a pump dispenser, the floral-scented serum is infused with a dash of fine iridescent golden shimmers. The serum blends nicely onto the skin, leaving behind a natural dewy finish that's not heavy or greasy. The finish has no obvious shimmer or shine but under very bright light it does give the skin a subtle and sparse "sparkle". Personally, I think it's great for those who wear little to no makeup and want a little bit of luminescence in their skincare. In terms of hydration, Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum is slightly lacking so I would recommend mixing it with your moisturizer or another hydrating serum to optimize hydration. Alternatively, you can mix it with your foundation after your skincare routine. Overall, I'm a big fan of this serum. Pairing it with the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops gives me the most glowy and hydrated skin all day long!

Keys Soulcare | Truly Becoming Multi-Benefit Peptide Serum
Keys Soulcare | Truly Becoming Multi-Benefit Peptide Serum (C$60 for 30 ml):
An anti-aging serum formulated to plump the skin and minimize fine lines, the Truly Becoming Multi-Benefit Peptide Serum is formulated with jojoba, ashwagandha extract, marine bamboo extract, a poly-peptide complex, and multi-weight hyaluronic acids. With a similar lightweight consistency as that of the Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum, the Truly Becoming Serum easily spreads and absorbs into the skin. The serum provides a light dose of hydration but I've not noticed any dramatic changes. Frankly, this is one of those serums that I'll have no problem finishing but once empty, it's not something I'm going to rush to restock.
