Laka reached out and sent me some of their bestselling
Fruity Glam Tint Mini (C$11 for 1.9g) shades to try. I’ve been a huge fan of Korean lip tints over the past few years, so I was very excited to try these, especially since they’re often featured on social media. Today, I’m sharing a full breakdown of the formulation along with swatches of 10 shades. To read on, click......

Packaging:The mini version of the Fruity Glam Tint comes in a frosted plastic tube with a slanted doe-foot applicator. While the mini size (1.9g) is a cost-effective way to try more shades, the shorter applicator is less ergonomic. I personally prefer the full-sized version (4.5g), which has the same design but in a larger, easier-to-use format.

Formulation:Infused with a range of fruit extracts (orange, kiwi, papaya, strawberry, lime, raspberry, and more), the Fruity Glam Tint is an ultra-lightweight lip stain with a juicy, semi-sheer shine. With a sweet, fruity scent, the Fruity Glam Tint is available in 30 shades. The tint spreads easily on the lips with a watery, weightless texture. The coverage is smooth, non-sticky, and streak-free. Once applied, the formulation sets in a way that separates the color from the shine, so the tint becomes slightly transfer-proof. As the shine gradually wears down, the tint leaves behind a subtle stain that gives the lips a soft flush of color.

As someone who has tried many lip tints from various Korean brands (e.g., Romand, Peripera, Clio, Hince, Dasique), I find the Laka Fruity Glam Tint comparable to the rest. The formulation leans lighter and more watery, making it exceptionally comfortable to wear. While the wear time is slightly shorter than heavier, more pigmented tints such as the Romand Juicy Lasting Tint, the Laka Fruity Glam Tint is ideal for those who prefer a lighter, easy-to-wear option.
101 Joyful: This is a soft coral rose that's very fresh and fun, perfect for the summertime.
102 Dewy: This is a beautiful medium rose. It's quite balanced, not super cool and not super warm.
108 Salty: A warm terracotta, this shade just screams fall, very warm and flattering.
120 Caffeine Rose: This is a very intense rosy brown. It's a lovely shade but a bit too dark for my liking.
121 Ash Nut: A nutty light brown, this shade shows up a lot darker than it appears in the tube. Again, not quite my cup of tea, but great for those looking for a more sophisticated nude.
122 Rosy Brown: A classic medium rose with balanced pink and brown tones, this shade gives a very pretty and natural flush.
123 Unsweet Berry: This is a very deep plum berry. It's super vampy and intense.
124 Maro: One of my favorites from the bunch, this is a muted mauve-rose with a slightly cool undertone, offering a very refined and elegant tint.
134 Peaches: A soft peachy nude with a milky tint, this shade leans quite pale and can appear slightly uneven once it settles.
