June Topbox Subscription

This months Topbox was quite a hit considering a rather disappointing few months for many. Again I went with a regular box, I love the surprise and most of the time the prive brands do not appeal to me. This month we got 4 amazing items, two of which I know I will be using regularly. This month's Topbox was a slight disappointment for me. There were no products I was initially really excited for. I don't like getting nail polish in beauty boxes because I am picky with colors, and the biggest disappointment of all is probably the Yaby eye shadow. It is hard to figure out what to do with a single shadow with no packaging, plus as lovely as the color "coco powder" was, it broke during shipping and spilled all over the other things; thankfully Topbox said they will send a replacement in my June box. Topbox Subscription: April 2013 Regular Box

I chose to go with the regular Topbox again this month. I just like the surprise and anticipation of finding out what combination of products I would receive (especially since they got rid of the box numbers). I also am not the biggest fan of Elizabeth Arden, it is sort of an "old lady's brand" in my opinion. There was a lack of makeup products in this months box which was a bit disappointing, but hopefully there will be a great prive brand next month. To see what I got, click......

Topbox Subscription: March 2013 Regular Box

This month with Topbox I chose to go with a regular monthly box and be surprised with what I receive. The main prive boxes this month were Aveda and Pure and Simple. I wanted a bit more variety from my box so I didnt want either. Especially since I already hoard blush and don't like bronzer, I didn't want the Pure and Simple box. The box came surprisingly fast which is strange since I live on the west coast. This month isn't quite as spectacular as the last, but I will definitely get some uses out of all the products.

Topbox Subscription: February 2013 Benefit Box Review

Topbox tried something new this month, offering subscribers a choice between the privé box of a specific brand, this month was Benefit, or the regular box of surprises. I chose the Benefit box and was lucky enough to receive one, I was so excited to get an early tracking number and find out I got it :)
I have tried quite a few of Benefits products before, but there are definitely some new ones that I haven't experimented with yet. And hey, who doesn't love samples from a well-known brand? The Benefit box was celebrating Chinese New Year based on the design on the outside container, they even included a "red envelope" that held a sample of Fine One One. The presentation was absolutely gorgeous, everything from the Topbox tube to the individual boxes was just divine. I felt like I had purchased them individually in lovely little packages. I think I actually squealed over how cute they were.
