OCC Lip Tar in "Strumpet": Review and Swatches

Alright guys, I got one last review from Sephora Favorites Give Me More Lip Ultimate Sampler set, which I hear may still be available at some Sephora locations. I have reviewed several OCC lip tars in the past and today's lip tar is called "Strumpet" ($22 CAD and $18 USD), a "seedless grape red".
I am not quite certain what color seedless grape red is but "Strumpet" (which apparently means a promiscuous woman) is a cool dark red leaning pink. OCC describes the finish to be matte but Strumpet has a natural sheen to it.
This one definitely requires a lip brush and lip liner during application because it will bleed. The product does transfer quite easily but it is so pigmented that a stain will remain for a long long period (six to seven hours).
I like Strumpet quite a bit, it's a perfect color for the colder season and I imagine this would look lovely on most skin tones!

The Stila Color Balm Lipstick in "Sonya" is another deluxe sized sample lip product from Sephora Favorites Give Me More Lip Ultimate Sampler, the full sized item comes in a wide range of colors and goes for $29 CAD or $22 USD. The product is touted to have the pigmentation of a lipstick, the moisturizing properties of a lip balm, and the beautiful shine of a lip gloss. From what I can see though, Stila Color Balm Lipstick is simply a variant of the very popular Revlon Lip Butters.
