I used
binder reinforcements to create a curved edge near my nail bed. Then I applied a thick coat of "
Char" from Julep. After the polish dried completely, I placed the decal on and then topped everything with a layer of topcoat. The finished look make my nails look like they are all wearing adorable little shirts!
