CND Summer 2015 Garden Muse Collection: Review and Swatches

Disclaimer: Product featured was provided for review.
New from CND Vinylux is the Summer 2015 Garden Muse Collection inspired by pretty floral hues found in exuberant summer gardens. The collection is heavy on cool tone pinks, purples, and blues. and there is a nice variety of finishes. To see some swatches, click......
Beckoning Begonia:
Soft lavender pink with lots of pale silver shimmers, this is has a fairly sheer formulation. I used three coats on each nail and because the finish is a bit dull, I used a top coat to bring out the shimmers.

Reflecting Pool:
This is a simple medium blue cream. The formulation is semi-sheer but two coats provide enough coverage. The finish is nice and shiny!
Two coats with no top coat.

Butterfly Queen:
This is a hot pink glitter extravaganza suspended in a jelly pink base. There are pink, red, and purple micro hex glitters. The formulation is quite opaque so only two coats are needed for opacity.

Crushed Rose:
A pretty mauve-y pink creme, this is slightly sheer, three coats for opacity. This is a very pretty shade but I really expected a one-coater type of formulation from this color.
Three coats with no top coat.

Lost Labyrinth:
A frosty teal-blue shimmer metallic, Lost Labyrinth (love the name) is quite a nice mermaid-y color. The formulation is decent, two to three coats for opacity.
Two coats with no top coat.

Overall:
This is a really lovely collection with a lot of cool-tone blues and pinks. The formulation varied quite a bit but Butterfly Queen and Lost Labyrinth are the two that I would recommend based on the formulation.
