The Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer comes with a giant doe-foot applicator. The glass jar is pretty much a jumbo lip gloss tube (but for foundation). You can technically remove the plastic stopper so more foundation can be dispensed more easily, but things would definitely get messy. I appreciate the doe-foot applicator for applying the product as a concealer but for doing a full face of makeup, it's kind of tedious to keep on dipping the applicator back in again and again to obtain enough products. Additionally, the packaging is just not very sanitary as the doe-foot applicator will carry whatever germs are on the face back into the bottle.

This is a high coverage foundation with a viscous, slightly whipped texture. The foundation takes a long time to set, which means there's a lot of time to blend. However, I find that the foundation never completely sets as the formulation doesn't really cling to the skin. I experienced creasing near the eye area and over time, the product felt a bit slick on my naturally oily skin. The formulation is very smoothing and pigmented, I like that it covered up pretty much everything without appearing cakey. However, the finish started turning shiny not long after application. "6 Ivory" is a nice match for my skin tone as I usually use NC 20.

Both the coverage and the texture of this foundation is phenomenal. It not only covered blemishes but also smoothed out pores and bumps. However, the wear was not as long lasting as I would like. Shine started coming through not long after application and the foundation creased and transferred pretty easily unless it's set with a good powder throughout the day.
