Packaging:
The new Spring 2016 eyeshadow palettes from Dior comes in the classic 5-Couleurs lacquered black and silver compacts. Included with each palette are two mini dual-ended brush/sponge applicators and a cloth cover slip for safe-keeping.
The shadows inside are pressed with a beautiful and intricate floral pattern but the pretty 3D design rubs away really quickly, even just after one swipe.

Formulation:
"
031 Blue Garden": This is a very soft, cool-toned palette. All five shades are shimmery; you get a soft peach, a light blue, a silvery white, a medium grey, and a light grey. In terms of formulation, these are much more shimmery than pigmented so they work best as highlighting shades. The texture is very soft and powdery, a bit fall-out prone, but one swipe gives a nice and even application.

451 Rose Garden": A slightly more traditional garden-themed palette, "Rose Garden" includes a soft green shimmer, a soft baby yellow shimmer, a pink lilac shimmer, a dark taupe shimmer, and a beige shimmer. In terms of formulation, the shades in the palette are also more shimmery than they are pigmented. Also a bit fall-out prone, the colors work nicely together to create a soft spring look.
